1/2 pound ground meat (hamburger, venison or turkey)
1/2 head of cabbage
1 medium onion
4 or 5 stalks of celery
6 carrots
4 potatoes
1 can of tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat lightly. Spray well a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Peel and slice vegetables, layer in dish, season to taste with salt and pepper. Scatter meat as top layer and dot with margarine. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 F.
