Brown 1-1/2 pounds ground beef (and onion if desired) Drain the fat off the beef Add 5 - 6 cups of water Add 2 - 3 carrots (cut) 2 ribs of celery (chopped) 3 - 4 potatoes (cut) Add any other vegetables that you like Add 1 beef boullion cube per cup of water-minus 1
Cook until vegetables are tender. CROCK POT: Brown hamburger and onion. Throw in the crock pot with veggies and water for 10 - 12 hours.
