6 oz dark sweet chocolate
1/2 oz bitter chocolate
4 tbsp cold watter
1 tsp vanilla
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Break chocolate into pan with water. Place over low heat and stir until chocolate dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Add unbeaten egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each. Now, thoroughly mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into glass serving dishes and chill 2 1/2 hours.
