1 can (16-17 oz) pumpkin
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 can (12-13 oz) evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Mix filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. cool completely. Garnish, if desired, with whipped cream.
