2 pounds hamburger
Small onion
Salt and pepper
1 - 2 bouillon cubes
1 - 2 small cans of mushroom soup
Real mashed potaotes or instant (I like the instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion, and seasonings. Add mushroom soup and bouillon. Heat till bouillon dissolves. You will want it thick for gravy. Put on top of potatoes. Serve with salad or mixed vegetables.
