1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. Italian (Good Seasons) dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brush over 3 lbs. chicken pieces.

Roll chicken in 1 c. dried bread crumbs seasoned with Italian herbs.

Place chicken in baking dish and drizzle any leftover butter over.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Cover if necessary to prevent excessive browning.
