Ingredients:  
2 medium potatos
3 slices bacon
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. flour
2 to 3 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes; sliced thinly.
Cook bacon and drain.
Cook onion in bacon fat until golden brown.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Stir in vinegar and water.
Boil 1 minute. Add potato and bacon.
Heat & serve.
