1/3 c apricot preserves
2 pints fresh strawberries
9 inch baked pie shell
Sweetened whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat preserves in small saucepan until fairly uniform in consistency; melted over low heat. (If necessary stir a little apricot liqueur or water into preserves to thin mixture to glaze consistency. Arrange strawberries attractively in cooled pie shell. Spoon apricot glaze over strawberries. Pipe whipped cream around edge of pie.
