package of tostadas
3 potatoes
4 carrots
1-2 head of cabbage
2 lb bag of pinto beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook your beans in a crockpot for 8 hours. Then take the beans out and blend them in a blender. Boil your potatoes and carrots till they are soft. Cut up your cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. Spread the beans on your tostada, then put on other vegetables. You can top it with any kind of sauce and/or cheese.

Editors note: A tostado is a tortilla, usually corn tortilla.
