Pastry for single 9 inch pie crust
4 eggs
2-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar (I substitute Splenda)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into crust. Cover edges with foil. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely. Store in the refrigerator.
