2 cups flour
2 scant tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit cocktail, do not drain
brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl, except brown sugar and nuts. Beat at medium speed for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured oblong pan. Sprinkle top of cake with brown sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. See Frosting for Fruit Cocktail Cake Servings: 8-10 Prep: 15 min.
