Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground chuck of beef
1/2 cup catsup
1 medium chopped onion
1 egg
8 crushed saltine crackers
1/4 t. salt and pepper

Sauce:
1/2 cup catsup
1 T. brown sugar
1 t. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients and put in loaf pan.
Mix sauce and pour over loaf.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
