1 3/4 c graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c melted butter
1 1/4 c sugar
4 8-oz packages cream cheese
2 t vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 1/2 c fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
-Mix crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 c sugar
-Press mix into 10" springform pan w/ back of spoon
-Soften cream cheese
-Mix cheese, vanilla, and remaining sugar at medium speed until creamy
-Mix in eggs at LOW speed
-Fold in sour cream
-Pour into pan and cook at 350 for 1 hour until edges golden brown
-Crack oven door and allow to cool in oven for 1 hour
-Top w/ choice of fruit
