soy sauce
fresh garlic 2-3 slices of a clove minced
2 parts itallian seasoned bread crumbs
1 part parmesan cheese
6-8 pieces of halibut, cut in strips about 1 1/2 inches thick by 1 1/2 inches wide, no skin

Directions:
Directions:
-Pre-heat oven to broil
-Mix 2 parts olive oil to 1 part soy sauce plus minced garlic in a casserole or bowl
-Marinade strips of halibut about 8-10 min on each side
-Mix breadcrumbs and cheese and spread onto a cutting board or clean countertop
-Roll marinaded fish in crumbs
-Place in casserole and broil uncovered for 4 min each side

Another recipe for not-so fish lovers looking for ways to get more fish! Truth be told, this is a recipe from a mom of a friend of a friend named Mama B whose husban is the largest halibut importer on the West Coast! Considering all the halibut she must've had, this must be good!
