6 med, potatoes, peel-cubed
3 carrots, diced
4 celery, diced
2 qts chicken broth
1 onion diced
6 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
11/2 c milk or 1/2 can
1 c diced ham
evaporated milk


Directions:
Directions:
In a large kettle cook potatoes, carrots, onion and celery in chicken broth until tender about 20 minutes. Melt butter in small pan add flour and cook a few minutes add butter and flour mixture to soup mixture to thicken broth cook broth to thicken soup.
