1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 14 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
2 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
4 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
and slightly cooled
1 carton non-dairy whipped topping, 8 oz.
1/2 cup minature chocolate chips, 3 oz.
1 can cherry pie filling, 21 oz
2 chocolate flavored pie crusts, 6 oz.

In a 1 cup glass measure stir gelatin into cold water, let stand 5 minutes to soften. Pour about 1 inch of water into a small sauce pan; place measure in saucepan. Place pan over medium heat, stir until gelatin is dissolved. Remove measure from sauce pan, cool slightly. In a large mixer bowl combine Eagle Brand milk, cream cheese, and melted chocolate. With mixer beat until smooth, gradually beat in gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped topping and chips. Spread cherry pie filling on bottom of crust. Spoon chocolate mixture into pie crust. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator. Makes: 2 pies Prep: 30 min.
