1 can of tuna (any size) 1 medium onion 1/2 cup milk 3 tablespoons margarine 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup water
Drain tuna and put in sauce pan. Add the milk and sliced up onion and stew till onion is tender, can add some celery if desired. Thicken with flour and water, add butter when thickened and serve over toast. Add salt and pepper to taste. Is great for Lent.
