4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 - 6 Swiss or Pepper Jack cheese slices
1 can Campbell's Mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine
3/4 c. sour cream
Bread Crumbs
Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in greased pan. You can also fillet the chicken if thinner pieces are desired. Lay chicken pieces out in one layer. Place cheese slices over chicken. Pepper jack makes a spicier casserole. Mix in separate bowl, mushroom soup, wine and sour cream. Spread over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle a thick layer of bread crumbs over soup mixture. Place small pats of butter randomly over bread crumbs. Bake about one hour until bubbly. Serve over white, brown or wild rice.
