6 - 8 pounds rolled pork roast
Some au jus or pork flavoring.
Grill (Charcoal works the best.)

Directions:
Directions:
Get coals hot in the grill. Put the roast on the grill, keep turning every 15 - 30 minutes. Will take about 3 hours for this amount of pork to cook. Take off grill and slice for sandwiches, and put in au jus or pork flavoring.
