1/3 - 2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Dash of salt
8 cups apples, sliced
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples and all the ingredients except butter and put in a 9" pie pan and then cut up butter on top of apples. Place the top crust on and pinch the edges. Cut slits in the top and bake at 425 for 40 - 50 minutes
