2 cups flour
1 teaspoons salt
2/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons shortening
4 - 5 tablespoons cold water

Will make 2 - 9" pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt together, add shortening and mix to pea size balls. Sprinkle with cold water and mix.

Cut in half dough and roll out the 2 pie crusts.
