2 pounds shredded hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons minced onion seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese (8 ounces)
1/4 cup melted butter (this is for topping)
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns, (if frozen), mix first seven ingredients and put in a 9 X 13 dish or pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, then add melted butter over top, cover with corn flakes. Bake covered at 350 F for 45 minutes to an hour, uncover and bake 10 - 15 minutes longer.
