3 pounds of round steak or left over roast 2 pounds of carrots 5 cups beef broth 4 stalks of celery 1 small onion 2 tablespoons beef bouillon 2 tablespoons molasses (brown sugar works too)
Cut up round steak in squares and brown with a little oil in large pan with onion. Add the rest of ingredients together and simmer till vegetables are done. Thicken with water and flour mixture and serve over rice or potatoes.
