1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup cooking oil
1 egg
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 cup ground raisins or chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
3-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tarter

Combine sugars, butter, oil and egg. Mix well with electric mixer. Add Rice Krispies, oatmeal, coconut, raisins, mix those ingredients, add vanilla and dry ingredients into the sugar and cereal mixture. Mix well. Place in refrigerator and chill for at least an hour. Drop by a teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for about 12 minutes.
