1 pound fresh rhubarb
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
dash of salt
2 tbsp water
5 slices of bread
6 tbsp butter
1/2 c honey

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rhubarb and cut into 1/2 inch slices. In a large mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, nutmeg, salt and water. Pour mixture into a 10x6 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes. In a medium saucepan melt butter and honey together. Stir bread cubes into butter and honey mixture. Spoon bread mixture over rhubarb. Bake in 375 oven for 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
