6 tablespoons butter 1-1/2 cups brown sugar 1 quart can of peaches, drained 1 yellow cake mix (any kind)
Preheat electric skillet to 250º. Melt butter, stir in brown sugar until well mixed. Spread evenly over bottom of skillet. Add fruit carefully over sugar mixture. Prepare cake mix as direction on the box. Pour slowly over fruit. Bake covered with vents open for 40 - 50 minutes. When done flip onto pan or plate.
