CRUST
1/3 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
FILLING
2 cups coconut
6 ounces jar caramel sundae sauce
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup powdered sugar
FROSTING
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients until fine. Press in ungreased 9 inch square pan. Combine filling ingredients and spread carefully over crust. Bake at 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Melt chocolate chips and butter. Add milk and powdered sugar. Blend and drizzle with frosting. Cut into 3" X 1" bars.
