3 eggs
1-1/8 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon anise flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Add sugar gradually beating constantly continue to beat for 20 minutes. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Beat 3 more minutes add anise flavoring. Drop by teaspoon onto well greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 oven for about 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
