2 pounds raspberries
3 cups granulated sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and mash berries. Combine berries and sugar in a large pot and slowly bring to a boil. Boil for 20 to 30 minutes stirring frequently to prevent sticking and scorching, until thickened. Add lemon juice and stir. Jam will thicken as it cools. Remove from heat and skim off any foam. Ladle into sterilized, hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch from the top. Add lids and bands, and process in a water bath for 10 minutes.
