8 cups ripe strawberries, cleaned and stemmed
1 box Sure-Jell
7 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, crush berries well. Add box of Sure Jell and mix well. Heat mixture on high until it reaches a full boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar all at once and mix well. Continue cooking and bring to a full boil again, stirring constantly. Cook for one minute and remove from heat. Skim off any foam and ladle into sterilized jars and seal. Boil in water bath for 10 minutes.

For less seeds, sieve 1/2 to 1 cup of berries before cooking.
