1 c cornmeal
1/3 c flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 c buttermilk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat egg in small bowl and add other liquids. Add liquids to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into 8" square pan. Bake at 350 approximately 15 minutes. Serves: 10 Prep: 25 including baking
