1 1/2C grits
6 c. water

1 1/2 sticks butter
3 eggs well beaten
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
1 tsp. paprika
20 drops tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water. Add grits slowly and cook 5 min.

Mix cooked grits with other ingredients. Bake 350
for 45 min.
