1 c. sugar
c. light Karo syrup
1 c. peanuts, or cashews
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and Karo syrup in a microwave safe bowl microwave 4 mins. Stir in peanuts microwave 4 mins.
Stir in vanilla and butter microwave 1 min. 30 seconds
Stir in baking soda stir fast and dump onto a greased cookie sheet and spread as thin as possible. Let cool on counter or in your refrigerator.

Tip: During the first 4 mins, you can measure the butter (softened) and vanilla. Also measure the baking soda and put in a cup so you can dump it in quickly.
