3 cups sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1 1/4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp Karo syurp
2 cups sweet milk
1 large sweet potato
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potato until skin falls off. Run cold water over potato to remove skin. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until all lumps are gone and filling is smooth. Pour into pie unbaked shell. Bake at 350 until crust is golden brown. Let cool 1 hour.
