1 c sugar
1/4 c water
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Cream of Tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 4 ingredients above and Boil to 235 on candy thermometer. Add: 1 tsp vanilla and 1-1/2 C whole pecans. Stir until coated and pour out on waxed paper and separate.
