2/3 c barbecue sauce, divided
1 c (about 6 oz) roasted skinned, boned chicken breast, chopped
2 (10-inch) Quick and Easy Pizza Crusts (recipe in Bread and Muffin section)
Cooking spray
1/2 c (2oz) shredded smoked Gouda cheese
1/2 c (2oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c sliced green onions
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/4 c barbecue sauce and chicken in a bowl. Toss well; set aside.

Prepare grill. Place crusts on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 minutes or until puffy and golden. Turn crusts, grill-mark up; spread 3 T barbecue sauce on each crust. Top each crust with half of Gouda, chicken mixture, mozzarella and green onions. Cover; grill 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts and crusts are lightly browned. Sprinkle half of cilantro on each pizza.
