1 pt cottage cheese
1/2 c butter
1 tsp baking powder
10 eggs
1/2 c flour
1-8 oz can green chilies
1 lb grated Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan you will be baking this in. Mix all ingredients. Pour mixture into pan with melted butter in it. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 3040 minutes.

One of my co-workers is always requested to bring this to potlucks. This is very good hot or cold, but better hot.
