2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon melted butter or oil
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix with spoon well. If too stiff, add a little bit of milk. Fill 9 x 13 greased pan with apples, sprinkle lightly with sugar. Put batter over apples. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
