8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp minced fresh dill
1 tsp prepared horseradish, (opt)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 pound smoked salmon, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cheese with an electric mixer. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt and pepper and mix. Add the smoked salmon and mix well. Chill and serve with crudités or crackers.
