12 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. beef sirloin, cut into pieces
2 T. olive oil
1 can mushroom gravy
1/2 c. red wine or cooking sherry
1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
fresh parsley, chopped, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper beef and cook in hot olive oil over hot heat. Turn occasionally. Cook until brown outside but pink inside. Remove from heat and remove meat from pan and reserve liquid. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles to pan and bring to boil until sauce is thickened, about 4-5 minutes. Add beef and cook thoroughly until heated through. Do not overcook. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
