Save whites of 6 eggs and beat stiff. Set aside. Beat remaining 6 eggs and 6 egg yolks. Add liquer slowly to egg mixture. Whip all together. Fold in beaten egg whites. Add nutmeg on top when serving. It is best to make in the morning and refrigerate all day and before serving, float ice-cream just before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The better quality of ingredients the better the egg nog. (i.e. low fat ice-cream, cheap booze). This makes alot of egg nog and is pretty strong stuff. I sometimes cut the recipe in half.
