1/2 c. oleo/butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk or 3/4 c. milk with 1 tsp. vinegar
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts, optional

Frosting:
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 T. milk
6 T. oleo or butter
1 T. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake in order given and bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes. For frosting, boil ingredients together for 1 minute. Remove and stir in 1 T. peanut butter. Beat until thick enough to spread.
