1 medium head bokchoy cabbage, cut crosswise
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
2 packages Ramen noodles (crushed in bag - discard seasoning)
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Put cabbage & green onion in bag & set aside.
Brown "crunchy ingredients" in oil & cool. Combine dressing ingredients & boil 1 minute. Cool & refrigerate until needed. Combine all ingredients in bag & shake before serving. Makes a large salad.
