Ingredients:
1 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. yeast
1/2 c. softened butter
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 stick or 1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar, and yeast. Then add the 1/2 cup softened butter, eggs, and salt. Mix in the flour. It will be sticky at this point. Cover with a towel and let rise until doubled. Put flour on counter to roll out the dough. You won’t really need to add flour to it other than enough to get it to stiffen up to roll out. Divide the roll dough and roll out half of it to about 1/4" thickness. Melt butter and pour over the rolled out dough. Also spread some melted butter on the cookie sheet that you will be baking the rolls on. Cut in triangles and roll into crescent shapes and put on tray. Let raise again about 2 hours. Bake at 375 º for 11 minutes.
