1 large baked angel food cake
3 ounce package strawberry or raspberry jello
1 cup boiling water
2/3 cup cold water
1 cup fresh or 12 ounce frozen package strawberries
4 cups Cool Whip
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the angel food cake and line the bottom of a cake pan. Save the rest of the cake for top layer of cake. Dissolve jello in boiling water and then add the 2/3 cup cold water. Add berries and chill mixture until slightly thickened. Blend in 2 cups whipped cream with the jello. Spread over first layer of angel food cake. Next layer remaining angel food cake on top of jello mixture. Add sugar and vanilla to the rest of Cool Whip and spread over second layer of angel food cake. Keep refrigerated.
