- 2/3 c. Margarine
- 1/3 c. Olive oil
- 3 ea. Cloves garlic
- 3 - 8oz. cans minced clams, drained
- 1 lb. Linguine
- 1/4 tsp. Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/3 c. Finely chopped parsley

1. Melt margarine in saucepot; add oil; heat 2. Saute garlic and clams in hot oil mixture over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes 3. Stir in parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper 4. Simmer 5-10 minutes 5. Cook linguine according to package directions; drain well 6. Return to pot; add sauce; toss lightly 7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

This pasta recipe is so easy to make, and also easy to tweak. I like to add small canned shrimp as well to add a little extra flavor.
