2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 can cream chicken soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350*F Bake45 minutes to 1 hour
Thaw potatoes enough to mix with all the other ingredients mix well and bake,until brown aroung edges more grated cheese can be melted and put on top of mixture if desired.
