2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
1 slightly beaten egg
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup applesauce
TOPPING
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for puffs, whip by hand for 30 seconds. Place in greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix up topping ingredients, when muffins are done baking dip into topping and let cool.
