Place plastic in a tubed cake pan. Make jello as directed and let chill until consistancy of mayonnaise. Blend in Cool Whip and strawberries. Cut up angel food cake into cubes. Layer cake and jello mixture into cake pan. Chill overnight. To unmold cake dip into hot water and pull up plastic and lift cake. Remove plastic and frost with Cool Whip, if desired.
