1 9 " baked pie shell
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cream
3 egg yolks beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, butter and 1 cup sugar. Cook till rhubarb is tender. Combine other ingredients and mix and cook till thick. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
